Bill Hendricks serves as the Executive Director for Christian Leadership at The Hendricks Center, a leadership development initiative of Dallas Theological Seminary. In addition, he is President of The Giftedness Center, a Dallas-based consulting firm helping individuals think through strategic life and career decisions. 

Throughout his career, Bill has been an active leader in the Faith and Work Movement. He coauthored (with Doug Sherman) the seminal faith-and-work title, Your Work Matters to God, and served as the Managing Editor for The Word in Life Study Bible (Pete Hammond, General Editor; Thomas Nelson, Publisher). He also has sat on the Steering Committee and Board for The Theology of Work Project. He Chairs the 2024 Faith at Work Summit Organizing Committee.

Bill is married to Lynn Turpin Hendricks and is the father of three grown daughters.

Catherine Gates is Vice President of Business Partnerships for Polished Network, a national non-profit that emboldens women in their faith and work. She is the author of The Confidence Cornerstone: A Woman’s Guide to Fearless Leadership. Catherine has contributed to several faith-and-work Bible studies, numerous YouVersion reading plans, and books from other authors, including the iWork4Him and sheWorks4Him publications. She is a powerful speaker and frequent podcast contributor.

Catherine has diverse business experience in a variety of industries and leadership roles. She has been helping people integrate their faith and work since 2013. Catherine is on the steering committee for the National Faith & Work Association (NFWA.org) and on the board of Ladies of Grace, a women’s prison ministry. She is passionate about helping people achieve more of their God-given potential by bringing faith into every area of life.

Chuck Proudfit began following Christ in 1997. He was seeking practical ways to live out Christian faith at work and quickly discovered just how hard it is. The marketplace didn’t like to talk about “religion and politics," and the local church was largely disengaged from the tough spiritual realities of modern work life.

Applying his research background from Harvard University, Chuck spent several years studying how Christians live out faith at work, and how scripture speaks to our experiences. He uncovered a consistent set of spiritual struggles faced by all working Christians, and a compelling set of spiritual solutions drawn straight from God’s word.

These insights formed the framework for At Work on Purpose, launched in 2003. Its community now includes over 12,000 working Christians across Greater Cincinnati, and it has become one of the nation’s leading prototypes for citywide workplace ministry. Chuck is also the Founder and President of SKILLSOURCE, a consultancy employing over 30 contractors and delivering sustainable client growth through applied Biblical principles.

Chuck developed his general management expertise at three industry-leading firms: The Procter & Gamble Company, The Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation. At Harvard University, he pioneered the school’s organizational development curriculum. An avid educator, Chuck has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Great Oaks Institute and Cincinnati Christian University.

Chuck has received the Angel Award for community service from the Smith Family Foundation, and the Best Award from Nehemiah Foundation. He has led SKILLSOURCE® to a TriState Success Award for exceptional business growth, a Torch Award ethics commendation from the Better Business Bureau, a Perfect 10 Certified Corporate Culture designation, and a C-Suite recognition from LEAD.  

Chuck advises a wide range of national and international ministries, including Transform Our World, the Great Awakening Project, GoodCities, Nuway Foundation, Self-Sustaining Enterprises, and Declare. Chuck is also an Elder at Grace Chapel.

Chuck is the co-author of BIZNISTRY: Transforming Lives through Enterprise and the author of Citywide Workplace Ministry in a Box. Chuck holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do under U.S. Olympic Coach Hong Kong Kim. He and his wife Jeryl have two children, Aidan and Maya, both adopted from South Korea.

Dr. Bill Peel is an award-winning author/co-author of eight books (in multiple languages) and a leader in the global faith-at-work movement. He is a co-founder of the Faith@Work Summit which gathers business, academic, and ministry leaders from around the world to collaborate and learn from each other. He speaks at churches and conferences, and consults with individuals, churches, and business leaders—helping Christians bring their faith to bear in every area of life.

Bill earned a doctorate in Workplace Theology, Ethics and Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Seminary, a master’s degree in Bible Exposition from Dallas Seminary, and a B.A. from SMU. Bill and his wife, Kathy, have three grown sons, eight grandchildren, and a Border collie named Hank. They are active members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas.

Chip has a front-row seat to the working lives of men through his volunteer work with the New Canaan Society, a national chapter network where men journey together in faith and friendship. Dr. Chip has led the NCS Manhattan chapter since 2014. Chip speaks at other NCS Chapters nationwide, hosts the NCS Coast to Coast Podcast with NCS President Mason Rutledge, and serves as the Chairman of the NCS National Board.

Chip has been married to his wife, Audrey, for 35 years. He has three grown daughters, two sons-in-law, one grandson, James Charles, and one dog! He lives in the Long Island City neighborhood of New York City.

Eric Welch serves as Director of Strategic Alliances with the Colson Center for Christian Worldview, which equips Christians with clarity, confidence, and courage to live like Christians in this cultural moment.  The Colson Center offers daily radio/podcast/email commentaries, Colson Fellows Programs in 100+ cities and online, and resources for multiple audiences, which can be found at www.colsoncenter.org. Over the past 15+ years, Eric has served with multiple organizations toward whole-life stewardship, whole-life discipleship, network collaboration, city impact collaboration, and cultural impact. 

Eric serves as Chair of the National Faith & Work Association and wants every Christian to know that 100% of their everyday work and life is done with God and for God. Prior to non-profit work, Eric worked in the medical device industry in areas of research & development, innovation strategy, and knowledge management. Eric has also served in multiple local church roles. With this blended knowledge and experience, Eric facilitates relationships and collaboration among Christian leaders, toward the spirit of unity encouraged in the Bible, with the goal of improving spiritual and societal indicators in communities, the US, and globally for God’s glory.  He and his wife Donna have three children and live in South Florida.

An established leader in the faith and work movement, Jim has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. In 2013, God called him and his wife, Martha, to begin the iWork4Him Talk Show, where they have had the privilege of challenging thousands across the globe with the simple message that your workplace is your mission field.

A natural relator, Jim has arranged and interviewed over 3,000 CEOs, business owners, authors, and Christ-followers in the workplace on the iWork4Him and iRetire4Him shows. In addition, he and Martha have co-authored a series of collaborative books, iWork4Him, sheWorks4Him, and iRetire4Him.

Jim and Martha have been married for 36+ years and have three grown children and six grandchildren. When he isn’t interviewing, speaking, or mentoring, Jim and Martha lead marriage retreats and tackle DIY projects together.

Maggie has worn many hats in her 14 years of diverse experience in the business realm. Event planning, boutique fashion buyer and merchandiser, jewelry designer, and advocate for adults with disabilities. She is pursuing her master's at DTS in Christian Leadership and will graduate in December 2024. She has a heart for business and ministry, aiming to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs to utilize their God-given gifts and talents to spread God's light through their businesses.

A gifted developer and communicator, Martha has worked alongside her husband, Jim, in various entrepreneurial ventures over their 36+ years of marriage. In 2013, God called them to begin the iWork4Him Talk Show, where they have had the privilege of challenging thousands across the globe with the simple message that your workplace is your mission field. Outside of co-hosting the iWork4Him Podcast with Jim, Martha also helped begin the sheWorks4Him Podcast, one of the first collaborative digital gathering spaces dedicated to connecting Christian working women. In addition, she and Jim have co-authored a series of collaborative books, iWork4Him, sheWorks4Him, and iRetire4Him.

Together, Jim and Martha are passionate about helping people integrate faith into every part of life – including work, family, and marriage. When they aren’t doing interviews, Jim and Martha host marriage retreats and travel across the country, visiting their three grown children and six grandchildren and finding their next DIY project.
